Every batch follows the same four steps.
Stock received, scanned, batch coded, condition graded on receipt.
Firmware flash, clean, kit, and label. Or grade and function test for mobile and consumer electronics.
Per unit grading check. Pass, Fail, or BER. Data destruction verified for eligible units.
Palletised, documented, signed, delivered. Certificate of destruction issued where applicable.
Each step is logged. Each batch is traceable. Each delivery is documented.

Argentum runs the refurbishment supply chain for a major UK utility provider, dispatching weekly at scale since June 2025. 47 consecutive weeks, no missed deliveries, signed documentation on every pallet.
Argentum is registered with the Environment Agency under waste exemption T11, covering the repair and refurbishment of waste electrical and electronic equipment. Data destruction on eligible units is carried out to NIST 800-88 standard, with a certificate of destruction per unit. Every batch ships with an audit trail.
