Why this exists.

Argentum Tech was built to handle something a lot of suppliers talk around: volume B2B hardware refurbishment that is documented, repeatable, and held to a standard.

The business grew out of a direct supply relationship with a major UK utility provider. That customer needed a refurbishment operation that could run weekly, hit a consistent pass rate, and produce the paperwork. Not a workshop that processed devices when it had capacity. A process company.

Argentum is registered with the Environment Agency under waste exemption T11, which covers the repair and refurbishment of waste electrical and electronic equipment. That registration is the compliance foundation the whole operation sits on.

The scope has grown since the start. The operation now spans network hardware, consumer mobile devices, game consoles, and domestic appliances. The process discipline is the same regardless of what is on the bench. Every batch follows the same intake, process, QA, and dispatch cycle. Every unit that leaves has been graded. Every consignment ships with a signed delivery note and a grade summary. The audit trail is not a marketing claim. It is a product of how the work is run.

The name follows the Electrum Group convention. Electrum is a natural gold and silver alloy. Argentum is silver in Latin. The group names its entities after precious metals. The logic is consistent, not decorative.

We are not trying to be a logistics partner or a technology consultancy. We refurbish hardware at volume, to a documented standard, for B2B customers who need that level of discipline from a supplier. The numbers on this site are from the database. They are what they are.
